Our goal is for you to easily cook the perfect pizza every single time. To achieve this we recommend a combination oven, such as a TurboChef i3, TurboChef i5, TurboChef Bullet, TurboChef Tornado, or MerryChef. If you have a combination oven, please reach out to us so we can assist in programming your oven (we can do this over the phone or in person). Most programming times allow you to fully cook our pizza in about 3 minutes.

Can we brush olive oil and salt onto the crust after cooking?
Yes! That’s encouraged!
Can we add our own toppings?
Of course you can add your own toppings, however our partners have experienced the most consistency and success using our four flavors.
Can we use our pizza stone?
We find that a pizza placed directly on the oven rack gets the bottom the most crispy; however, our pizzas will cook very well if the pizza is placed directly on a preheated pizza stone.
The bottom of my pizza isn’t getting crispy?
Place directly on the rack or contact us with your oven model to access your cook time.
Do you offer any other flavors, vegan, cauliflower crust?
After extensive research, we found that our current offering represents the most requested types of pizza, so we do not offer other types at this time.
Do you have smaller pizzas?
We found our hotels can make more per transaction with our current sized pizza rather than a smaller pizzer, so we only offer the one size.
Should we thaw the pizzas before cooking?
To ensure a consistent experience, we recommend cooking directly from frozen every time.
